Production Process

In FD&P most fabrics are presently produced by some method of interlacing, such as weaving or knitting. Weaing, currently the major method of fabric production, includes the basic weaves, plain or tabby, twill, and satin, and the fancy weaves, including pile, Jacquard, dobby, and gauze.

Dyeing Process

A process is the interaction between a dye and a fibre, as well as the movement of dye into the internal part of the fire. In FD&P a Dyeing process involves adsorption (transfer of dyes from the aqueous solution into the fibre surface) and diffusion (dyes diffused into the fibre).

Dyeing is the process of transformating greige (natural) yarn into coloured yarn through the use of coloured Substances.

Spinning Process

Spinning allows the transformation of a mass of disordered fibres (staple) into a unit of great length (yarn). The spinning processes are many and vary according to the characteristics of the fibers and to yarns to obtain in our company. FD&P the objective is to create a high-quality yarn, smooth, and durable with minimum hairiness.
